Location: Remote or Hybrid in New York, Atlanta or Chicago

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will investigate and resolve technical challenges, analyze system performance, and provide insights that enhance Recruitics’ tools and client satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to develop scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the Head of Client Solutions in refining scalable client processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the ELT Engineer to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across systems.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor system performance and identify trends.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize the performance of our internal first-party intelligent automation tools, like Predict, Attract, and Convert.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years in a Technical or Data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS, B2B environment.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong Javascript skills
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.

Compensation:
  • Base salary range depending on experience and location: $92,055 to $135,010
  • Eligible for annual bonus based on performance.
