The Axonius Legal Team is looking for a Compliance Specialist. This position will help ensure customer, employee, and third-party compliance with Axonius policies, third-party requirements, and regulatory obligations. It is a versatile and innovative role that supports various compliance activities. The Compliance Specialist will work cross-functionally with colleagues across Axonius.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and can execute defined processes. This team member is comfortable partnering with the team and other areas of the business to efficiently and effectively complete responsibilities. This individual is expected to look for process improvement opportunities within the team and the compliance program to ensure we deliver a positive experience for our customers. Location: Fully Remote, USA

Responsibilities

Support the ongoing evolution and execution of the overall compliance program
Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews on vendors, partners, and customers.
Assist with compliance policies and process activities from creation to implementation
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
Prepare compliance reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
Support training and communication activities as requested
Assist with projects as needed and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of business and/or legal experience, with a focus on due diligence.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excited about innovation and artificial intelligence.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and an aptitude for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Project management experience.
Experience with policy and process reviews, development, and implementation
Attend and apply ongoing training to further develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)

$109,000—$125,000 USD
