As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support our customers in their use of our Booking & Payments Product as well as sell our products and services within the United States. This role is pivotal in helping to drive Customer Satisfaction, Increase Sales Conversations, and Maintain Strong Relationships with current/potential clients.
Job Responsibilities
Provide pre-sale support by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers select the appropriate software solutions.
Assist in onboarding new customers and work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth setup.
Liaise with customers to follow up on demo requests, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
Deliver administrative support to sales leadership
Manage customer inquiries related to software solutions, offering product information, scheduling demos, and providing guidance on product features.
Develop a deep understanding of our booking, POS, and membership management software products to assist in sales efforts.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM Systems.
