JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will help create and drive our HR initiatives, foster an innovation-oriented company culture, and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes. Your contributions will directly impact people's experience and support the company’s growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters such as team dynamics, workforce planning, and organizational changes
  • Serve as a point of contact for people's concerns, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, address conflicts, and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage well-being activities like anniversaries, birthdays, and psychological support programs
  • Work closely with HR to design and implement career development frameworks
  • Support learning and development by identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs
  • Drive internal and contribute to external events to create great experiences for everyone
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech/startup or fast-growing company environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role (People & Culture Specialist, HR Specialist, People Partner)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing performance-related projects
  • Background in learning and development initiatives
  • Proactive problem solver who can take initiative and influence others
  • Fluency in English (B2 and above)
BONUS POINTS:
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday or Notion for managing workflows and documentation
  • Familiarity with performance management systems such as 15five
  • Fluency in Russian is a plus
