PURPOSE: 
  
The purpose of this BI Analyst is to identify participant insights and trends to help drive enhancements to the Wondr Health product experience and inform our clients. By ensuring we focus our resources on delivering product enhancements that will drive customer engagement, this position will be instrumental in helping ensure the Wondr Health program helps participants improve their health.  
  
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems.
  • Think critically to implement solutions to business problems or answer questions.
  • Create reports and/or dashboards that internal and external customers can use with minimal supervision.
  • Work with data out of Data Warehouse (Redshift) in SQL to answer questions and audit reporting.
  • Work with data out of PowerBI by adding new data elements to current data models, adjusting data elements in current data models, or creating new data models, as necessary.
  • Monitor reports to ensure accuracy and timely fixes of bugs.
  • Aid the business in troubleshooting potential issues by providing data expertise and running ad-hoc analysis.
  • Use advanced statistical methods when necessary – linear regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.
  • Help launch and monitor results for Testing done on product or marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  
Education:      
  
  • BA/BS in related field required.
  
Experience:    
  
  • 2 years of experience as a data analyst, BI analyst, or product analyst role.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience with 1 or more Data Visualization tools (PowerBI highly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Data Modeling, DAX, Measure Creation, etc.
   

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS: 
  
General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned to an office.
