Responsibilities 🤓

- Employee Journey: assisting employees in their onboarding and offboarding process using BambooHR, administrative processes, personal files, equipment, medical care, and others.

- Cultural Initiatives: collaborate and assist on internal initiatives to improve our culture: company’s benefits, events, annual trips, etc.

- People Data: ensure the correct loading and maintenance of data in our data tools (e.g. BambooHR, Appsmith, Power BI, etc) to feed our area with just-in-time information, predictions, and continue on the path towards People Data Driven.

- Internal Communication: collaborate with internal communications (Muttversary & birthday flyers, Slack messages).

Required Skills 💻

- Advanced student in Human Resources/Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related career.

Intermediate English skills.

- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

- Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and kindness.

- Open team player.

- Experience in a similar position.

- Being an Excel and/or Google Sheets friendly user.
