Belgium Sales Consultant – Account Management & Business Development

 This is a remote position in Europe with regular travels to client locations.

 

Job Overview : 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow our NextLink Silver Accounts into performing Gold Accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, service delivery oversight, upselling opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to enhance client success.

Using your IT knowledge and technical expertise, you will seek and gather Nextlink clients needs for IT Services, convert them into technical and hiring requirements, coordinate, review and validate the creation and delivery of the service team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Documentation and Administrative:

Maintain and update client records in CRM.

Organise and maintain client documentation in Zoho File.

Ensure stakeholders alignment and coordination during deal closing by following and coordinating the internal and client specific administrative process

 

  • Account Management & Client Relationship:

Manage NextLink Silver Accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and engagement.

Actively participate in client events to strengthen relationships and business opportunities.

Conduct regular client feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

 

  • Client Support & Service Delivery Oversight

Assist in the preparation of client presentations and materials.

Schedule and organise regular meetings with clients to discuss performance, deliverables, and potential improvements.

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Ensure that services promised to clients are delivered accurately and on time.

Address and resolve client concerns, collaborating with internal teams for efficient problem-solving.

 

  • Growth & Business Development

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise client value.

Participate in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, supporting leadership in responses.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth.

Ensure timely contract renewals to prevent service disruptions.

 

  • Reporting & Financial Management

Provide regular updates and reports on account status, challenges, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Monitor financial aspects of accounts, including timely invoicing and payments.

Address any billing discrepancies or financial concerns raised by clients.

 

  • Collaboration & Market Insights

Collaborate with internal teams, including shared services and sales support, to enhance client satisfaction.

Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and market insights to provide value-added recommendations.

Relay market insights and feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.



Requirements
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills : 

 Degree in Business, Management or related field.

 Fluent in English, French and Dutch

 +5 Years experience in Business Development and Account Management for Global IT Services and IT Staffing Services, specifically in the Belgium market.

 Proven track record of revenue generation, account growth, and client retention in a similar role.

Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Project cycles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with a focus on growth and retention.

Analytical skills to track KPIs, financial performance, and client feedback.

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.

Passion for innovation and learning.
