Job Description

As an eBay Listing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in showcasing our extensive collection of watches and watch parts to a global audience. You’ll craft compelling product listings that capture the essence of each unique item, from vintage classics to modern marvels. This position offers the perfect blend of creativity and technical detail, allowing you to hone your e-commerce skills while working with fascinating, high-value products. Responsibilities

Create engaging draft listings for a wide range of watches and watch parts on eBay
Craft attention-grabbing titles that highlight key product features and appeal to potential buyers
Write accurate, detailed product descriptions based on provided high-quality photos
Upload and organize product images within eBay listings
Ensure all listing information is complete, accurate, and optimized for search
Meet daily targets for listing creation, contributing to the company’s growth goals
Maintain consistency in listing style and quality across the product catalog
Stay updated on eBay best practices and implement them in your work

Requirements

Excellent written English skills with an eye for detail
Familiarity with eBay or similar e-commerce platforms
Ability to describe products accurately and compellingly
Basic understanding of watches and watch parts (preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential)
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume work
Proficiency in using VPNs to ensure secure, location-appropriate access
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the business owner
Passion for e-commerce and interest in the luxury watch market
