Job Description

Dive into the glittering world of online jewelry retail as our E-commerce Specialist! Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in managing and continuously improving our Shopify-based e-commerce website
  • Curate and update product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing to showcase our jewelry collections
  • Implement website optimizations to enhance user experience, improve navigation, and boost conversion rates
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries about products, orders, and the shopping process
  • Work hand-in-hand with our social media team to ensure consistent branding and seamless integration of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to increase traffic and sales
  • Spearhead email marketing initiatives, creating engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and repeat purchases
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and Shopify platform updates, implementing new features to keep our online store cutting-edge
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Shopify platform and e-commerce operations, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage extensive product information accurately
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques to improve online visibility
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo) and best practices in creating effective campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
  • Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and interpret website performance
  • Ability to meet the following performance targets:
    • Manage and update 20-30 product listings per week, ensuring accuracy and appeal
    • Respond to all customer inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe
    • Create and execute 2-4 targeted email marketing campaigns per month
    • Provide comprehensive weekly reports on website performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback
    • Implement at least one significant website optimization or improvement initiative monthly
