About the role:

Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the growth of the existing customers, building trusted and long-term relations with them. This position is essential for the Team’s success as you influence the customer's lifetime value within the system. The Customer Success Manager reports to the Head of Sales and plays a key role in driving sales revenue. You’ll be in constant touch with a variety of new customers from the World’s most recognized companies, successful and inspiring entrepreneurs and people who make decisions about advertising budgets to help them with the best decisions.

This role offers flexibility with remote work. 

 

Key requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience (in online advertising or digital services).
  • Experience in international sales is a plus.
  • High communication skills to work comfortably with calls and personalized email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in business English at a high level, both spoken and written, and knowledge of a second language is welcomed.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to change (driven by our growth in different geographic markets).
  • Sincere curiosity to learn new trends.
  • Passion for a career in sales.

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • You have a knack for Excel or Google Sheets, knowing formulas and regular expressions.
  • You have experience using applications like Crunchbase, Linkedin Sales Nav, Hunter, Snov.io.
  • You have experience selling ads on news sites.
  • You have an understanding of the digital advertising marketplace.

Main responsibilities:

  • Helping every client to get the best results while working with the platform, analyzing their needs based on profiles (business specifics, roles, goals and expectations) and research.
  • Assistance in the smooth flow of the clients campaigns and selection of the most effective products based on the information about customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Consulting clients on new products and services, promotions and special offers.
  • Development of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Doing constant health check on your clients base, timely identification oh the objections and problems clients might face while using the platform.
  • Growing customers’ LTV, frequency of orders and average revenue.
  • Delivering on sales goals and meeting the set KPIs.
  • Managing clients data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
