We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Email Marketing Manager to design and optimize email marketing content, gather client requirements, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely campaign execution. This ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and skilled in both design and communication.

This is a remote role in the US reporting to the Associate Vice President of Customer Enablement.


What you will be responsible for

  • Gathering client requirements and translating them into compelling, visually engaging email marketing content.
  • Designing and optimizing email templates using Photoshop, Adobe Elements, and InDesign, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing best practices.
  • Ensuring emails follow best practices, including spam compliance, image-to-text ratios, mobile responsiveness, and A/B testing for performance optimization.
  • Presenting drafts to clients, collecting feedback, and iterating on designs based on their input while ensuring timely project completion.
  • Tracking and managing client requests in ticketing systems such as Salesforce, maintaining clear communication and updates.
  • Monitoring email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all marketing materials.
  • Working in a team-based, collaborative environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  • Providing an exceptional client experience, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in email marketing, creative design, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Elements, InDesign) and other design tools. (preferred)
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills—ability to present designs and explain creative choices clearly.
  • Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment, relying on others for project success.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills—ability to balance creativity with efficiency.
  • A passion for creating engaging user experiences and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.

Annual base starting salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k with company match.
