Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe depositions, hearings, and various judicial proceedings.
Process audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring fidelity to the original content.
Follow established style guides to produce verbatim transcripts that meet client specifications.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Exceptional listening skills and a strong command of literacy, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to client-specific guidelines.
Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on both speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
Capability to handle extreme audio/text content, which may be sensitive or offensive.
Collaborative mindset for remote teamwork.
Must successfully pass a background check.
