Requirements (What We're Looking For):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)
Knowledge of project management technique, concepts, and tools (Required)
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)
System implementations experience with Workday or HCM system (Preferred)
Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred)
Prior consulting experience either as an Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)
Excellent organization, time management, business development, communication skills (written and oral), and ability to operate autonomously
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Simultaneously manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environment
Alongside the clients project managers and/or client test lead, develop and execute a test strategy and test plans for each testing stage of the Workday methodology
Plan, schedule and track testing timelines and milestones using project management tools
Establish metrics and dashboards using TopBloc systems and processes with the ability to read and explain raw data and its implications
Publish test execution, defect summary and daily/weekly status report to all the stakeholder
Generates reports, correspondence, presentation materials, spreadsheets, graphics and other similar materials using TopBloc tools and systems
Coordinate the scheduling and administration of testing with client counterparts
Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure timely resolution of testing issues
Responsible for day-to-day management of testing progress and escalating to project manager as appropriate for resolution
Interact with colleagues, managers, and clients related to testing milestones and deliverables
Ability to have crucial conversations to ensure successful testing outcomes
Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows
Travel at client request up to 20%
Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $50,000 - $68,000.
