Position Description
Softdocs is looking for a technology and client-oriented professional who is passionate about software implementation and revolutionizing the education sector.
The mission of the Professional Services Team is to provide a superior client onboarding experience that builds a solid foundation for adoption of our products across their academic institution. Business Solutions Consultants are a key part of the implementation project team, which delivers Softdocs's Etrieve software to new clients and provides software consulting services. Business Solutions Consultants will own all the functional business analysis to identify how Softdocs’s products can best be utilized by the various users across an educational institution.

Position Responsibilities
Makes clients wildly successful through their onboarding experience to Softdocs’s Etrieve
Partners with Project Manager to ensure satisfactory client communication and understanding of project deliverables and deadlines
Partners with Technical Solutions Consultants on system configuration requirements to meet the implementation needs
Works across multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to anticipate and manage changes in projects
Consults with clients to identify business processes related to document handling and document workflows
Delivers documentation to the client capturing in written form what the client shares in conversation and an action plan on how to apply Etrieve for a successful client onboarding experience and beyond
Ensures each client successfully achieves their desired outcomes from using our products and services by collecting information we need to develop implementation design plans
Drives training clients how to use our Etrieve solutions to ensure clients’ success and excellence

Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Hard Skills
Experience working in software and enterprise level software
Experience working in K – 12 and/or Higher Education marketplaces

Bonus If You Have
Experience consulting on enterprise content management software
Experience in a position within K-12 or Higher Education
Knowledge of coding languages: CSS, JavaScript, HTML
Experience and knowledge with SQL
Required Education and Experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technology, business administration, or related field is preferred or two or more years of equivalent work experience
Experience working in a role focused on improving efficiency in business processes

Working Conditions
