The DC Replenishment Analyst is a key driver of a positive customer experience at SiteOne stores. Your purpose and objective in this role are to maintain and improve in-stock availability of product in our stores. In this role, you will also lead new programs, process adoption, and improvement initiatives within our supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day procurement activities such as opening and tracking purchase orders (POs), reviewing current and projected stocking position, refreshing and publishing weekly reports, communicating with business partners, and attending or leading meetings
  • Perform system setup and maintenance to ensure inputs and outputs align with the intentions of the business
  • Identify gaps and take action to improve KPIs such as in stock availability, inventory productivity, supplier performance (production, fill rate, lead time, and on-time)
  • Support and execute the product strategy set out by the Category team for existing business, new programs, item transitions, opportunity buys, and supplier performance
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with SiteOne suppliers through clear, consistent communication regarding purchasing expectations, compliance, and performance
  • Support the S&OP process by aligning with Category, Transportation, Distribution, and Finance on recent and forecasted receipts, purchases, inbound/outbound flow, and space requirements
  • Serve as the supply chain project lead for new program initiatives: create the project plan; assign roles and responsibilities; set benchmarks and timelines; develop adhoc reporting and tracking; and serve as the liaison between Category, vendors, and all downstream supply chain partners
  • Support process and systems improvement initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate manual, time-consuming tasks

Competencies

  • Understanding of purchasing and inventory management philosophies
  • Ability to deliver results across multiple initiatives with competing priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and communicate timing and challenges
  • Sense of curiosity with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build positive relationships and influence without authority to accomplish collective goals
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, use logical reasoning to simplify the information into actionable insights, and communicate a narrative that drives business decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication; actively listen, authentic, clear and concise, and audience awareness

Skills We Are Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, economics, or similar focus
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a retail or wholesale supply chain environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel: use of data pivots, data visualization to show trends, and extensive knowledge of formulas and functions
  • Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of database design
  • Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems (BlueYonder, Oracle, SAP-IBP, D365, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally and supporting teams across different departments
