Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and availability of IT services.
Install, configure, and maintain servers (Linux, Windows). Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
Assist in configuring and managing VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies and practices, and perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades. Implement and monitor backup procedures.
Provide and maintain end-user equipment.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in system and network administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server).
Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, or equivalent).
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
