Job Overview:
The Vice President, Business Solutioning will be part of an innovative entrepreneurial, high-performing team that is driving the development, management and execution of LPL’s new and existing advisor business lines and our institutional partnerships within the Client Success organization. The role will work closely with our strategic Business Model Owners, Product & Platform Strategy teams, CARE (operations and services), Legal/Risk teams, Technology teams, and other cross-company departments as well as external partners. The individual will play a critical role in enabling our advisors and institutions to forever partner, operate, engage, grow, and thrive in a manner that is superior to alternative platforms.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight of Current Institutional Reporting Initiative
Ensure the vision and strategy for Institutional Business Management Reporting is delivered in 2025.
Ensure future reporting alignment of all business line initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term firm goals.
Unified Business Management Reporting Strategy
Conceptualize and lead the strategic vision and execution of a comprehensive business reporting strategy that integrates next best actions, insights, compensation, and practice management.
Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define priorities, execution, and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to align business management reporting strategy with firm growth initiatives, business lines, and Product/Tech objectives.
Build consensus among stakeholders to advance strategy and drive execution.
Partner with advisors, Program Managers, Large Enterprises, and client-facing employees to gain feedback and insight to drive practical application of overall strategy
Capability and Vision Development
Articulate and document high-level capability statements and strategic use cases to guide business management reporting development with Product and Tech teams.
Champion an end-user-focused approach to Business Management Reporting design and implementation.
Data Personalization and Insights Strategy
Drive the practical use of data personalization through TMLB and SOR data to enhance the relevance and impact of reporting solutions.
Oversee the creation of insights frameworks that provide actionable intelligence for advisors and institutions.
Leadership
Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that supports our strategic business solutions and overall firm goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, program & project management preferably within a financial services or related FinTech firm
Flexibility and organizational change management experience
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives
Preferences:
Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team
Expert consensus-builder who drives change across initiatives within and outside direct accountability and evaluates solutions to the most complex business challenges
The ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority
Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within position scope and at the company
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
An entrepreneurial drive and a do-what-it-takes attitude, grounded in tangible results to improve the client experience
Excellent organizational time management and organizational skills with keen attention to details
Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leaders, including developing, presenting, and gaining approval on any business cases and funding requests
