We’re looking for our next Senior Front End Engineer. Could It Be You?

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our corporate website built on Sitefinity CMS. You will play a critical leadership role in delivering engaging, high-performing, and scalable web experiences that directly support our marketing team's lead acquisition campaigns. Working closely with designers, QA engineers, and back-end developers within an agile scrum environment, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of Sitefinity CMS and a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the front-end codebase for our corporate website using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior front-end engineers.
  • Architect and design scalable and maintainable front-end solutions
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement high-converting lead acquisition campaigns and landing pages.
  • Translate complex designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Lead the effort in performance optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Champion accessibility best practices throughout the development process.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional scrum team, including designers, QA engineers, and back-end developers.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our development processes and workflows.


In addition, the Senior Front-end Engineer will be expected to contribute in a creative and dynamic agile team environment, so good communication, collaboration and time management skills are essential.

We’re looking for a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following areas:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end web development, with at least 3 years of experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex front-end systems.
  • Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with TypeScript is a significant plus.
  • Experience developing with .NET C# web applications
  • Mastery of at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js – React preferred).
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
  • Proven experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with back-end systems.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.) and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

  • Experience working in a fast paced agile/scrum environment.

  • Experience with headless CMS architectures and decoupled front-end development.
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
  • Experience with building and deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
