Your role, your impact

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an identity and access management (IAM) security specialist. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business and IT partners to deliver identity administration capabilities across the organization.

This position is primarily remote, but may require occasional on-site presence.

Your day-to-day

• Analyze and document requirements and business processes related to IAM, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Provide expertise in the areas of identity governance, identity and access management, role-based access control and privileged access management;
• Lead the design and development, and implement IAM processes and workflows with Microsoft Entra ID;
• Lead and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) of new IAM implementations and modifications;
• Contribute to the development of data governance and compliance policies related to IAM;
• Work with audit and compliance teams to ensure that IAM practices meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis in a technical environment within a large matrix organization;
• Experience with IAM solutions (mainly Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint);
• Experience in developing SAML, REST application programming interfaces;
• Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft Information Protection and Azure Information Protection;
• basic concepts of Azure AD, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity protection and application registration;
• SCIM, OAuth and MFA protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective IAM solutions;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  

Extra edge

• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Identity (Azure Advanced Threat Protection), Defender for Cloud, Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Sentinel.
