Middle Backend Engineer at 3Сommas

We are seeking an adept backend developer proficient in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies. Expertise in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrencies is highly desirable. Our tech stack includes Go, Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, DynamoDB, and various AWS services.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, DynamoDB)
• Experience with at least one key-value store (Redis/Memcached/etc.)
• Adherence to best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, and code standards
• Ability to design robust, scalable, and secure features
• Excellent communication skills (both online and in-person)
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• Integration experience with external API services

Responsibilities:

• Develop modular and scalable codebase
• Implement new trading algorithms and features
• Address high-load and security-related challenges
• Ensure code quality and performance

Would Be a Plus:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of Go and a desire to further develop skills in it
