Core Duties
We are looking for a professional and experienced product owner with a passion for the market-facing aspects of the role. This position will have responsibility for executing the product roadmap for one or more of Patra’s leading-edge technology products and solutions. This position will collaborate directly with a product lead and partner closely with 1 or more engineering teams.

What You Will Do
Product Execution: partner with engineering teams to deliver against roadmap priorities.
Prioritize feature backlog & lead refinement sessions with engineering teams
Own user story writing for assigned group of features
Build relationships with internal and external clients and be the voice of the customer
Service/Product Evangelist: lead in the promotion of managed products & services by supporting internal communications within Patra
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
Experience working in an agile development environment is required
1-3 years of experience as a product owner, working closely with software development teams is required
3+ years of SaaS product experience is a plus
Insurance industry experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Proven ability to work with information technology and product development organizations
Strong understanding of modern product management principles and frameworks
Experience with modern development stacks and Scaled Agile product development methodologies
Strategic thinker with a bias towards action, experimentation and iterative improvement
Ability to be creative strategically and hands-on technically - willing to roll up sleeves with engineering at times
Establish strong and collaborative working relationships with multiple functions across the organization
Quantitative skills with ability to analyze and package/present data for decision-making
Strong ability to execute
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
