Innoloft is a young software company with an international team of 30 members that offers LoftOS. LoftOS is a no-code development platform enabling everyone to build web applications like networks, marketplaces or internal tools - without a single line of code.
What We Look For
We are looking for a Working Student for our Customer Success Management team who can take over support and community management responsibilities.
You will be responsible for evaluating, testing and escalating bug tickets coming from our 70+ customer base as well as creating and executing community management concepts for our customers' platforms.
Aufgaben
Receive, test and escalate bug tickets (work distribution over four days a week needed)
Communicate to customers about the status of their tickets
Communicate to the CS team high prio bug tickets
Participate in the weekly CS meeting
Participate in the concept creation of community management projects for customers
Execute those concepts for public economic development platforms at first, other customers in a second phase
Qualifikation
Affinity and good understanding of IT tools and platforms
Excellent communication and service-oriented skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving skills
An independent and structured way of working
Experience in customer service or the service industry is a plus
Knowledge of Jira is a plus
Native proficiency in German and excellent proficiency in English are a must
