Job description

What success looks like in this role:

At Unisys, this position focuses on supporting the corporate real estate operations for the offices and properties used by the company globally. The role emphasizes data analysis, software and tool management, and testing and implementing new tools to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and experience in process testing, enabling them to build, implement, and refine solutions within a global team. While experience in real estate is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for corporate real estate tools, including CoStar (lease administration), Serraview (occupancy), Engage (seat reservations), Famis 260 (work ticket tracking), Lenel (security badges), and Power BI dashboards.
  • Conduct system/data audits to identify and correct errors in line with data governance guidelines.
  • Test new modules or functionalities for tools, facilitate rollouts, and manage change processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams as a subject matter expert (SME) on real estate topics.
  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications for software enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly in collaboration with technical support teams to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of site actions across all platforms (e.g., lease admin, occupancy, dashboards).
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting on key real estate metrics such as occupancy, carbon footprint, portfolio characteristics, and demographics. Create executive summaries based on these reports.
  • Analyze complex business issues using internal and external data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Leverage technology to improve productivity, efficiency, collaboration, and quality in real estate operations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a business support function within a fast-paced environment, managing moderately complex issues and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in process testing or process improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Familiarity with corporate real estate tools or technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Additional relevant training or certifications are welcomed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.
  • Willingness to work until 6 PM CET.
