A Client wants to unify and standardize the back office system that manage used car process. This new back office system will be linked with a company’s and external partners systems. It will allow flexibility and consolidation of inter-country datas and inter brand datas.
On a project you will work with the back office used to buy and sell used cars to dealers/customer. It’s supposed to become the unique European multibrand back office; currently around 10 different tools. The project has started in November 2021 and have a road map of deployment until end of 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive UAT execution and ensure the completion of the application test book, manage the use case test.
Provide indicator and KPI to monitor the test progress. The provider will be responsible to coordinate the different teams involved: central team and NSC teams to ensure the good execution of the test plan.
Monitor anomalies in the JIRA tool chosen by the project. Provide anomaly tracking indicators (number of open tickets, number of solved tickets) and make the link with the development team in charge of correcting anomalies.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Understand the basics of the IT project approach.
Write and run test scenarios rigorously and efficiently.
Know how to use the JIRA tool (ticket processing, dashboard construction).
Knowledge of ALM would be a plus.
Good written and oral level (professional) English.
SOFT SKILLS:
Autonomy: be able to organize a follow-up or crisis/alert meeting.
Know how to formalize a clear and precise Minutes report.
Formalize and share lessons learnt.
