The Opportunity

As the creative lead, you will lead a team that will focus on the development and execution of impactful campaigns across social media, video, and integrated digital platforms, ensuring alignment with medical accuracy, regulatory guidance and brand standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform complex medical information into visually stunning, results-driven solutions that empower providers and enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee creative concepts and, ensuring they align with brand standards and prevailing industry guidelines.
  • Platform Development: Create and execute multi-channel creative platforms with a focus on social media, video content, and digital innovation.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sponsors to translate complex medical insights into engaging, visually impactful campaigns.
  • Art and Design Excellence: Lead the art and design process to elevate the brand’s
  • Multi-Channel: Experience working across digital (email, social, banners), video production, internal communications and events
  • Team Mentorship: Inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters to foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with sponsors to dive and provide insights that resolve not only the ‘why of the creative’, but strategically looking how executions fit into the larger brand narrative.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, incorporating insights into creative strategies.


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field in an agency setting.
  • Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction, design, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop creative platforms and execute across social media, video, and digital channels.
  • Excellent understanding of FDA medical and pharmaceutical regulatory environments in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
