About the Role

Join OEC as a Senior Pricing Analyst, where you'll lead strategic pricing initiatives, refine monetization strategies, and champion data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines analysis, influence, and collaboration to maximize revenue and enhance customer value. Key Responsibilities

Craft and refine pricing strategies using customer insights and data analysis to drive revenue growth
Design and implement A/B tests to measure pricing impacts on acquisition and retention
Partner with finance to develop financial models, run scenario analyses, and evaluate pricing sensitivity
Monitor key metrics like churn, lifetime value, and acquisition to optimize pricing
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing with company objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support value-based pricing initiatives
Create scalable pricing models and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members in implementing pricing strategies

What You’ll Need

Experience: 5+ years in financial analytics, pricing strategy, or subscription-based business models
Analytical Expertise: Strong data interpretation skills and experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL
Financial Acumen: Proven ability in forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
Market Insight: Competence in market research, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking
