A day in the life.
As our Global Benefits Sales Strategist on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll build and maintain key client and colleague relationships positioning you as a vital partner in helping them achieve their specific goals and objectives. :
Drive consistency in the sales approach to ensure the smooth delivery of global benefits placements, coordination of benefits with local countries and to provide value to the client in a differentiated way.
Build relationships with regional Employee Health & Benefits practice leaders and producers to review current clients and prospect to identify global opportunities.
Research and understand global trends to promote thought leadership that will benefit our clients, prospects and colleagues.
Oversee day-to-day consulting activities for client teams, including renewal processes, analyses, and country-specific renewal reporting.
Collaborate with the client team to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets, working closely with consultants in various countries as needed.
Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, attending meetings as required to maintain strong relationships.
Lead or support special projects related to benefit plan strategy, design, management and governance.
This role reports to the National EH&B Chief Operating Officer. A successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global strategy across all MMA global opportunities and will work closely with MMB colleagues when country placements are required.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of: Global Benefits Management / Consulting / Broking / Technology understanding and experience.
Ability to prioritize and manage client relationships simultaneously.
Ability to network a global, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success in managing internal and external relationships within teams and within partners (comfort working with multiple stakeholders).
Familiarity with a global consulting organization.
Client and/or sales background.
Global broking experience.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,800 to $169,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
