Jr. IT Developer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Developer to join their dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of standard first-shift hours. The successful candidate will be a PowerBI Report Developer and Data Analytics Engineer, adept at working with both IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and design reports based on reporting requirements from IT and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain PowerBI operational, governance, quality, and discrepancy reports.
• Validate reports with IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a business-aligned portfolio of data analytics products within our Analytics Ecosystem.
• Analyze requirements, gather data, and develop logical, physical data models to deploy a wide range of data analytics solutions.
• Analyze data integration requirements and develop schemas to support system integration.
• Ensure data models and designs support the integration of data/information flow across systems and platforms.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• A Master's Degree or higher with 3 years of data analytics experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of data analytics experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of Information systems/Analytics application Consulting experience.
• 3 years of experience building end-to-end analytics solutions (data to visualization and insights).
• Experience working with structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to produce analytics modeling and outcomes.
• 3 years of experience working with data in ERP (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics), Salesforce, Pega.
• 3 years of experience working with business and technical leaders to design, build, and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack (Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
