Purpose Of The Job

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for iOS to lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative technology products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive Agile best practices, and challenge stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. The TPM will develop product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deeply understand business objectives and user needs. Success in this role requires a deep product domain knowledge combined with expertise in iOS development to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performing applications.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Define and execute product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering teams

Manage product development, incidents, enhancements, and testing

Ensure compliance with the client's data protection and IT governance standards

Oversee iOS app development, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and security

Guide teams in Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, and UIKit for modern UI development

Manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless app deployment

Requirement Gathering & Prioritization

Translate customer and market needs into technical product requirements

Define API contracts, system dependencies, and technical roadmaps

Prioritize features based on business impact and user needs

Partner with engineers, designers, and QA teams to drive high-quality releases

Track KPIs and iterate based on user engagement metrics

Continuously refine the product roadmap and invest in technical skill development

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

5+ years of technical product management experience or relevant experience

Proven expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management

Strong Agile, Scrum, or Kanban leadership experience

Analytical Skills With Experience Using Product Analytics Tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, iOS SDK, SwiftUI, and UIKit

Experience in iOS architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI design

Strong grasp of object-oriented design, algorithms, and system design

Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility standards

Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, CI/CD, and mobile DevOps

Passion for delivering user-centric mobile experiences

Would Be a Plus

Taking part in rare business trips to Europe

Experience with App Store submission, release management, and analytics

Background in large-scale consumer applications

Leadership in operational excellence and best practices

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
