⚡ Your Mission as System Administrator:

You will be responsible for managing employee onboarding/offboarding, maintaining corporate email systems, providing first-line technical support, and acting as an escalation point for issues. Your role includes implementing antivirus solutions, ensuring endpoint security, managing third-party tools like GitHub and GitLab, conducting security training, and enforcing laptop security measures.

You will:

• Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding, ensuring employees have the right equipment and support.
• Oversee email systems, keeping them secure and fully functional.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Implement and maintain antivirus solutions to protect company assets.
• Ensure company devices stay secure and compliant with control measures.
• Administer and manage third-party tools like GitHub and GitLab, ensuring proper access and security.
• Develop and deliver security training, focusing on phishing awareness and email threats.
• Enforce security protocols for company laptops, including access control and regular audits.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Good understanding of Terraform for automating infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms to support and optimize services.
