Data Analyst Senior or Lead

As a data analyst senior or lead in the Commercial Lines organization, you’ll work on analysis across many facets of the commercial line’s business. In this role, you’ll collaborate and interact with different business areas and leadership. You’ll perform analyses related to billing, retention, expenses, competitor analysis, trends (including growth and profitability), process improvement initiatives, opportunity sizing, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting and planning, and IT expense analysis. You’ll also support monthly and quarterly commentaries that highlight significant results about profitability, growth, or major initiatives, and investigate significant trends or anomalies. Collaborating with key functional areas, you’ll build mathematical and statistical models that offer solutions ranging from segmentation to root causes of data trends and anomalies. Additionally, you’ll coordinate ad-hoc analysis through database querying.

Must-have Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS or SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Experience working effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and make decisions based on data
  
  

Compensation

• $79,200 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
