Job Title: Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers, to provide exceptional service through our email and live chat platforms. Ideal candidates should possess a fervent desire to assist others and the capability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and its personality in every customer interaction, adopting the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create memorable experiences for new and existing customers by delivering outstanding service across various channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate our product and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to support customers efficiently.
  • Foster happiness and positivity in all customer and team interactions.

Required Skills

  • Professional-level communication proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • A strong commitment to assisting individuals with diverse learning curves.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning new concepts, coupled with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Technical requirements include a fully operational computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or equivalent) and a reliable internet connection (minimum 20Mbps).

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Relevant customer service experience, ideally in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
