Numerator is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commissions Analyst to take full ownership of our end-to-end commissions process. In this critical role, you will ensure accurate and timely payouts for commission plans while providing valuable financial insights to drive efficiency. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and improving collaboration across Sales, Sales Operations, HR, and Finance teams.

The Commissions Analyst will have ownership of Numerator’s end-to-end commissions process. Instrumental in ensuring accurate payout of commissions plans and providing valuable financial reporting. You have a meticulous approach, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, HR, and finance teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Calculate and process commission payments accurately and on time for the sales team.
  • Conduct audits and analyses of commission data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to address and resolve commission-related issues effectively.
  • Prepare detailed commission reports and offer recommendations for improving processes and efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for commission processes, policies, and systems.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commission analysis or related role
  • Familiarity with Xactly, or other commission software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
