Job Description
The Workday Business Process Analyst plays a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness through technology and process enhancements. As a member of the Workday Product Management team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financial Management solutions. Your responsibilities will span from gathering requirements to troubleshooting, ensuring the integrity and quality of FIN information and processes.
Partner with business SMEs and users to understand and refine business requirements. Determines related impact analyses.
Translate business requirements into documented use cases, refining and maintaining the product feature/enhancements prioritization and tracking, and serving as the liaison between business functional team and Product team.
Eliciting new business requirements and envisioning improved service offerings
Documenting and publishing solutions to commonly reported issues; updating as needed
Facilitating business stakeholder verification and end user acceptance testing; Responsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing,
User Acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements.
Qualifications
Workday Financial Management experience required; Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred. 1-3 years required.
Proven experience in Business analysis or a related role, with a strong track record of defining and delivering.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects
Professional Services Industry experience strongly preferred
ITIL, product management or Project management certification a plus
Articulate Experience a plus
The compensation range for this role is $71,080 to $154,040. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
