Sales Engineering Intern 

 We’re currently considering candidates for intern opportunities with SuccessKPI. SuccessKPI is a pure SaaS analytics platform for any contact center platform. SuccessKPI’s speech, text, and voice analytics platform will transform our customer’s experience with enterprise-grade contact center analytics powered by AI and ML. 

SuccessKPI’s Intern Program is a ten-week program that offers an unparalleled experience for rising undergrad seniors or Masters students. Approximately ten students are hired annually across the U.S.. We assess candidates for future full-time hiring. We are looking for driven self-starters who have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to learn. Applicants must have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. We regret that we are unable to provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.

Job Location: Remote Work, USA
Candidate must reside and work from one of the following states to be considered for this role: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MO, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA  We are unable to make any exceptions to this rule

Duration: Summer 2025 (June - August) 
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:  

Interns can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the chance to learn and grow professionally. Day-to-day activities of summer Interns vary, but include challenging real-world assignments, getting to work across multiple areas of the company, and long-term projects.  Day-to-day activities of interns vary depending on skills and department but include challenging real-world assignments in programming, product building, sales, social marketing, and customer support.   

  • Interns will attend boot camp training to learn about the SuccesKPI solutions then will partner closely with sales teams through the sales engineering process, including developing and delivering value-based product demonstrations for customers, partners, and prospects; 
  • Interns will help respond to bids, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and related requests, and work with a team to build a compelling business case for customers.   
  • Interns will assist with creating and presenting customized demonstrations around customers’ use cases, business objectives, and competitive differentiators, and find creative solutions to solve unique business problems. 
  • Interns will conduct a Competitive Market Analysis

To qualify as a candidate for SuccessKPI’s Summer Intern Program you must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026. Opportunity is open for all majors especially relevant to applicants interested in sales, marketing, computer programming, business analytics, and business.
