We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2025! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and partner engagement while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

SuccessKPI’s Intern Program is a ten-week program that offers an unparalleled experience for rising Seniors or Masters students. Approximately ten students are hired annually across the U.S.. We assess candidates for future full-time hiring. We are looking for driven self-starters who have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to learn. Applicants must have permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. We regret that we are unable to provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Intern, you will support key initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage partners, and drive marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Create co-branded marketing materials for partners and support content development for SuccessKPI’s website and social platforms.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Event Planning & Coordination

• Support planning and logistics for marketing and partner events, including webinars and industry conferences.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and track approvals for marketing funds.
• Assist in creating event collateral and promotional materials.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer engagement strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities in marketing, branding, and partner outreach.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and channel teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduating in 2026).
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, or Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
