What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Partner Operations Analyst to support our partner sales organization. This role will focus on assisting our partner ecosystem and operations team and ensure they are able to effectively and efficiently perform all of their sales responsibilities. This includes supporting the applications, processes, and data they require to perform their jobs. In addition to managing the support queue for these teams, this role will also play a critical role in data hygiene, reporting, and process improvements. Furthermore they will support our Partner Operations team on strategic initiatives that will drive productivity for our partner sellers and extended teams.   

What will you do?

  • Maintain the Partner Operations email support queue, acting as the primary point of contact for issues raised by global Channel Sales teams, and ensuring timely resolution of cases
  • Produce regular metrics on the support que to inform of types of email traffic, volume, and recurring issues/questions that should be addressed via process improvements 
  • Track and manage issues using Jira, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, and addressed within defined SLAs
  • Ongoing root cause analysis & resolution on cases that come into the Jira queue
  • Perform regular maintenance on sales data in Salesforce.com
  • Maintain and perform data administration actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record alignments, scrubbing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for operational processes, systems, and data management, focusing on scalability and efficiency
  • Evaluate and propose optimizations and automation opportunities for existing processes to improve overall team productivity and reduce manual effort
  • Assist with onboarding new partner sales team members and ensure they have the proper visibility and alignment to their territories
  • Assist with Partner Operations project deliverables, ensuring successful completion of tasks and milestones
  • Establish and document best practices for partner sales productivity

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 2-3 years in a business or sales/channel operations role 
  • Experience working with a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.com
  • Bonus in having experience with IM Partner, Channel Mechanics and other Partner Systems
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) 
  • Exposure to channel/sales tools & processes a plus.  
  • Team player.  Someone who is collaborative and works well in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent communicator both in-person and virtually
  • Strong creative problem solving abilities
  • Results driven, self motivated and ability to multitask
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor degree preferred

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$80,000$110,000 USD
