Junior Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy team member to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Automation Lead to implement and optimize various digital marketing strategies. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns, campaign automation, chatbot management, analytics, data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and more.

What you will do at Speexx:

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of targeted email marketing campaigns.
Work on email segmentation, personalization, and automation to optimize engagement.

Campaign Automation:

Contribute to the design and implementation of automated marketing campaigns.
Work on the setup and management of workflow automation for various marketing activities.

Chatbot Management:

Collaborate on the development and maintenance of chatbot functionalities.
Monitor and optimize chatbot interactions to enhance user experience.

Analytics and Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data related to marketing performance.
Contribute insights to guide data-driven decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.

A/B Testing:

Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests to optimize various marketing elements.
Analyze A/B test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

Marketing Technology Stack:

Learn and work with our marketing technology stack, including marketing automation tools and other relevant platforms.

What we look for:

University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology.
Basic understanding of email marketing, analytics, and A/B testing principles.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Fluent in English (company language)
