Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)!

Your tasks:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Affiliate, among others)

• Budgeting for campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of the budget

• Plan, create and optimise campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth

• Run tests (AB and lift tests) to improve performance and ensure proper measurement

• Brief new creatives and copies

• Plan, create and optimise landing pages for the performance campaigns

• Ensure tracking for the campaigns is properly set up and implemented

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and challenge the status quo by testing new campaign types, channels, ad types, etc to identify new opportunities for growth

Your Profile:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing

• Proven track record of managing significant budgets (>2M€)

• Expertise in Google Ads (Search + Display), Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

• You are a self-starter and are eager to make an impact.

• You are well organized and always communicate clearly and effectively.

• You have an analytical mindset, but you don’t shy away from creative challenges.

• You are eager to learn and to innovate.

• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
