Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the operational functions of the business. This role includes a variety of administrative tasks, including email inbox management, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining job files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Inbox Management: Organize and manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and sorting based on priority.
  • Telephone Support: Provide customer service and handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule onsite/offsite appointments, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Document Management: Maintain job files and other online documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a support capacity.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and service management software like ServiceTitan (a plus).
  • Attributes: Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and handle sensitive information.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
  • Background in plumbing or service-related industries.
