Job Summary: As the Senior Manager of Optimization at Priority you will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes and vendor relationships through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Leadership, Operations, Data and Product Teams to oversee our operational KPIs and ensure vendor optimization, monitoring and oversight to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Work with stakeholders across teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Product) to understand vendor performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and costs.
Build and automate core platform monitoring and oversight pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data collection from multiple sources.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, including cost analysis, process optimization, and operational forecasting.
Ensure data integrity by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies across various systems.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams to improve methods and processes.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs, using data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in the development and documentation of operational standards, policies, and best practices.
Create and deliver presentations on key findings and trends to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
Support automation and scalability efforts to handle increasing volumes and complexity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (5-8 years) in a data analyst role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python and other data analysis tools is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range: $124,000 - $155,000
