As a Learning Content and Administrative Coordinator, you will focus on supporting the management of our training materials and content library, coordinating projects, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining brand consistency. Your goal will be to bring strong administrative skills, an eye for details, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless execution of content and project initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate translation projects with internal teams and translators, ensuring content is formatted and saved appropriately.
  • Act as a quality assurance tester for all training programs and internal systems to ensure they meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Oversee version control and content migration processes for both Instructor-Led Training and digital programs.
  • Execute system and administrative requirements for launches, including updates to Symphoni, Salesforce, and the LMS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all visual materials uphold the organization’s quality and brand identity ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Liaising with product team members on administrative components of development, including processing invoices from vendors and SME’s.
  • Coordinating feedback and reporting on program efficacy
  • Coordinating video recording and edit, and publishing

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Project Management tools, preferably Jira.
  • Experience in quality assurance or testing processes.
  • Experience with managing and maintaining translation in multiple languages.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards is preferred.
  • Knowledge of eLearning development tools is an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle:

  • A diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Education or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role, with exposure to content or training material management.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms is an asset.
  • Familiarity with translation coordination or multilingual content management.
