About Us

Austral Education Group is a travel education company expanding across LATAM, North America, and Europe. We are seeking a Data Architect & Analyst to enhance our data infrastructure, optimize reporting, and provide business insights.

Role Overview

The Data Architect & Analyst will be responsible for managing Salesforce data structures, SQL queries, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration & Data Management:
  • Optimize Salesforce objects, fields, and reporting tools.
  • Configure dashboards and automate data processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and efficient data models.
• SQL & Database Management:
  • Write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL preferred) for data extraction.
  • Work with relational databases to support data accessibility.
• BigQuery & Business Intelligence:
  • Manage data pipelines in Google BigQuery or Salesforce Tableau (or similar BI tools).
  • Integrate Salesforce data with BigQuery and other sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Define KPIs and analytics needs with business teams.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Support data integration and UI-related projects.
  • Translate technical insights into business recommendations.

Key Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in data architecture, analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong Salesforce administration skills, including data structures, dashboards, and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (MySQL preferred).
• Experience with Google BigQuery or Salesforce Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to data modeling and reporting.

• Experience with Salesforce automation.
• Background in dashboard design.
