About The Position
The Senior Facilities Manager acts as a trusted Business Partner by partnering, collaborating, and leading a team of diverse stakeholders engaged in facilities operation, maintenance, projects, and planning activities while driving results with respect to oversight of safety programs, conforming to policies, job quality standards and operational budget responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required with 8+ years or relevant experience required. Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree an Associate's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a High school diploma with 14+ years of relevant experience is required. PMP, IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) FMP or CFM certification preferred.

Compensation Range:
$108,400.00 - $168,000.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
