As a Sourcing Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing procurement activities and supporting category management efforts. You will be responsible for managing daily purchasing requests, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Your Day to Day

As a Sourcing Lead, you would be working on:

• Manage purchasing requests with accuracy and efficiency. Process a high volume of purchase requests daily across multiple spend categories, ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Support contract and purchase order management. Assist in routing contracts, ensuring purchase orders are correctly created, and verifying proper cost center allocations with Finance teams to avoid processing delays.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Adhere to company policies, including but not limited to the Purchasing Policy, Contract Signature Policy, Supplier Security Risk Policy, and Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring all purchases align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions. Work closely with Category Managers, Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Stakeholders to streamline purchasing processes and address any supplier or procurement-related challenges.
• Assist with sourcing processes and supplier negotiations. Support Category Managers in executing sourcing events (RFx), supplier negotiations, and purchasing decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while optimizing cost, risk, and speed.
• Analyze supplier spend and identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor procurement data, optimize supplier utilization, and work with Category Managers and business stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

As a Sourcing Lead, your background will look like:

• 1-3 years of Procurement experience, preferably at a Technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret purchasing data and optimize procurement strategies.
• Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across functions and regions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable. Ability to manage multiple purchasing requests with a sense of urgency while owning the outcome.
• Experience with procurement systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience will also be considered.
