We are currently seeking a Recruitment Marketer to join our growing Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand team within Talent Acquisition. This role will report to the Recruitment Marketing and Advertising Program Manager and will be fully remote within the United States. Some details about this position:
As a Recruitment Marketing Sr. Analyst, you are responsible for planning recruitment marketing strategies for your assigned business areas. You will collaborate with internal key stakeholders and your teammates to ensure ad hoc campaigns are efficient and in alignment with companywide efforts. You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management and execution in partnership with our external advertising vendors. You will take an active role in building assets such as event registration landing pages and event promotion material. Using your expertise and analysis of current marketing trends, you will identify the most effective tactics and platforms within your markets to attract candidates and showcase DaVita as an employer of choice.

Salary/ Wage Range
$70,000.00 - $88,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
