Description:
We are searching for a User Experience Designer that can effectively communicate well with our clients and internal teams to develop the best features to meet their needs. Applicants must be able to work with clients to gain a clear understanding of business requirements that are proposed, be able to think critically about the root problems that need to be solved and effectively articulate suggestions to the client about the value that can be gained with alternative approaches.
Applicant should be proficient in illustrating these requirements, and the methods to achieve them, in wireframes and designs that illustrate best practices and current tools that can be implemented to create the ultimate solutions.
Applicants must also have a strong ability to clearly communicate requirements and have productive discussions with members of development, QA, Product, and Program Management team members. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Behavior Driven Development, and User Centered Design are fundamental to our approach and applicants should have experience implementing these in their process.
This is an English speaking position and you must be able to clearly communicate with both clients and the team.
