Position Purpose: Responsible for assigned provider's overall experience with the business unit.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field
3+ years sales, provider relations, account management, client services, or contracting experience required
Knowledge of health care, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial insurance products. required
Valid driver’s license required
For Superior Health Plan: 2+ years customer service experience and 2+ years claims billing practices experience required. required
Candidates must live in the McAllen, TX are or one of the following Texas counties to be considered for this role: Cameron, Duval, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, Maverick, McMullen, Starr, Webb, Willacy, or Zapata counties.
This role will allow for remote work, but also require time in the field for in-person provider visits.
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
