Tools & Reporting: Our mandate is to enhance the user experience across our PMO tools through intelligent automation, reducing manual interventions and pain points. We collaborate closely with O&T PMO teams, the Enterprise Tool and Reporting team, and key functions to deliver a transformative experience. This process improvement team seeks unexplored technologies and solutions by partnering with technology teams for onboarding and deployment.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the PTS UAT cycles in collaboration with the ETR team for the entire TFS Org PMO and its functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as a Project Manager for the RPA solutions being developed by our team and will participate in system control discussions related to all aspects of Control Effectiveness. Additionally, the candidate should have significant experience in technology roles, project management, and the financial services industry. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
PM Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in I@C and PTS, and act as the primary point of contact in Org PMO for all PTS-related questions tied to procedures, UAT, and enhancements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners to capture, analyze, and document agreed business requirements for implementation, and manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross-enterprise stakeholders, providing expertise, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements into Production for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience, data capture, and prevent issue recurrence for ETR products (PTS, RAC, Dashboards), and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from ideation to delivery, related to Book of Work and Control Effectiveness (PQA, Spot Check, Health Check).
- Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions, identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, re./source plans, and status reports, and make a considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

- Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services, and acts as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts, allocating work as needed.
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions, persuading and influencing others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
- Appropriately assesses risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in the overall field, with proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment, and experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr), and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience working in a banking or regulatory environment.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- 6+ years of Program and Project Management experience, with the ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience identifying key project requirements, establishing and tracking dependencies, ensuring successful and timely delivery of commitments, and influencing technical people/projects with demonstrated success in strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, partner through conflict to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions, work independently in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment, and digest large amounts of information to determine the appropriate level of detail for executive presentations or customize status/progress updates to specific audiences.
