Amplify Education is looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Inbound Analyst to join our growing Forecasting & Demand Planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and will be responsible for conducting risk-assessment analysis and implementing process improvements to track and improve forecasting accuracy. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain of Demand Planning, the Supply Chain Inbound Analyst will assist in supporting the pan-Amplify function of supply chain operations for all physical materials for Amplify Education, Inc.

In this role, the Analyst will perform:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support demand planning and inventory management.

  • Demand Forecasting: Assist in the development and refinement of demand forecasts by using a blend of quantitative  data analysis and market intelligence to predict sales trends and inform sourcing decisions.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and prevent stock-outs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply planning, manufacturing, sales and marketing ensure seamless supply chain operations.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on key supply chain metrics, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data analysis capabilities and improve decision-making processes.

  • Process documentation: Document all processes thoroughly, ensuring they are codified for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • At least 3 years of relevant data analytics experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or inventory management.

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Past experience in CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, data visualization platforms such as Tableau, and data engineering tools such as Alteryx and dbt.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications and analytical tools.

  • Strong capability in both verbal and written communication, demonstrating the ability to clearly and concisely summarize data to highlight relevant information, drive decision making, and resonance with stakeholders.

  • Energetic self-starter, collaborative spirit, capable of thriving under pressure and working with time-sensitive deadlines, innovative solutions creations, and sense of urgency. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, and/or manufacturing experience in education publishing or hands-on learning companies.

  • Professional certification in Supply Chain from ACSM or comparable certifying organization.

  • Proficiency in SQL analysis tools and coding languages.

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $78,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
